You will learn to serve Food and Beverages to the customer. All the serving etiquettes like the style of services in Restaurants, Banquets, Industrial Canteen, Fast Food Outlets, in rooms are taught. You will get to experience the handling of Bar, Cocktails, Mocktails, Liquors/ etc. Our bar lab is well equipped to train the students regarding the service of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the preparation of various cocktails and mocktails.
Diploma in Catering operations
Duration: 6 months plus 6 months Training
Eligibility: Xth Pass (Any Stream)
You will learn the various aspects of preparing different types of cuisines like Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc and its service like Hygiene, Food Nutrition, F&B Services, Serving etiquettes.
Our food production lab is well equipped with all the latest catering equipment and appliances. The spacious and well-ventilated kitchen lab helps the students to learn the essentials of the food production art case.
Demo Kitchen: The Institute also has a specially designed demo kitchen.
Diploma in housekeeping AND FRONT OFFICE operations
Duration: 6 months plus 6 months Training
Eligibility: Xth Pass (Any Stream)
Housekeeping students are trained in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire Hotel, Bed Making, Flower Decoration, lighting, Stain Removal, etc. The lab equipped with essential supplies, laundry fitted with the necessary equipment.
